2025 – Inclusion of a module dedicated to the region’s Jewish heritage within the ‘Aube Médiation’ training programme, which aims to establish a network of multilingual and versatile cultural mediators working across all heritage sites.
2024 – Production of a tourism promotion video highlighting Rashi’s heritage and the region’s cultural treasures.

2025 – Redesign of the tourist and heritage signage to improve visitor wayfinding and enhance the visibility of sites linked to the history of Rashi and the town’s heritage.

Since 2021 – Development of new themes for guided tours combining cultural discovery with the promotion of the diverse heritage of the Aube department.
‘Maison Rachi’
2025 – Introduction of guided tours in English to make the venue more welcoming to international visitors.
2023 – Development of ‘flash tours’, a short and accessible format designed to give visitors an initial insight into the history of Rashi.

Coming in 2026 – Implementation of an action research project in cultural marketing aimed at gaining a better understanding of perceptions associated with the figure of Rachi, identifying audience expectations, and analysing the factors that encourage or hinder the discovery of this heritage.
2026 – Launch of the ‘Troyes at a glance with Rashi’ tour. Through a selection of iconic sites, this tour offers an original way to explore the city of Troyes, placing its history in the context of themes linked to Rashi, Jewish culture and the dialogue between different heritage traditions.
Since 2024 – Roll-out of a regional tourism cohesion strategy: development of a shared communication strategy, training of tour guides and tour leaders (‘Aube Médiation’, led by Aube en Champagne Attractivité – Aube Tourism Agency, an in-depth training programme organised by Troyes Tourist Office), organising professional ‘Educ’Tours’ and setting up seasonal visitor reception schemes in partnership with tourist information centres.
2024 – An update to the ‘In the footsteps of Rashi’ digital tour, enabling visitors to explore the key sites in Troyes’ historic centre associated with the memory and history of Rashi.
